There are two things I'm especially passionate about: Community & Creativity. When I think of the word community, I hear "common unity". That is, groups of people coming together in a spirit of unity and openness. I lead my workshops with a 'healing arts' focus. It's not a 'how-to' experience. It's a 'feel now' experience. We meditate, we journal, we read and explore poetry. I believe strongly in incorporating movement, music and unleashing the inner creative in each of us.
What areas in your life are you giving your WHOLE HEART to? Where would you like to experience more joy and enthusiasm? How can art and creativity contribute to Wholehearted Living??
Come Play & Create with us and find out!
